Yoga on High’s name will make no sense come June

Yoga on High: that name makes perfect sense because it’s located at 1081 North High Street—we’ll let the Grandview location at 1780 W 5th Ave slide.

But today, Columbus Business First reported Yoga on High will be moving off High Street this summer. Their building is scheduled to be redeveloped into a five-story apartment building (how novel) which has forced them to relocate.

Founder Marcia Miller found her studio’s new home just a few blocks away at 1020 Dennison Avenue. Yoga on High already uses this space to train teachers so all they’ll have to do is expand it to match the capacity of their former digs. There are currently two studios at the Dennison Avenue location and they plan to add one more.

CBF reports the current Yoga on High will close at the end of June. Classes will begin transitioning to the new location this spring.

Rest assured that although their namesake will disappear, they’ll still be the same yoga sanctuary you’ve always known.
