Cheesecake Girl Owner Samantha Strange told us her head chef Brittany Braunling helped her create the following flavors that capitalize on the sweet goodness of cheesecake and the unique notes of spirits.
Whiskey War: Graham cracker pecan crust, maple whiskey cheesecake, topped with maple pecan buttercream and a bourbon caramel drizzle
Statehouse Strawberry: Shortbread crust and strawberry, rhubarb, and gin reduction batter topped with a strawberry, rhubarb and gin reduction buttercream
Honestly, we can’t pick a favorite here so we’ll probably get both.
