Whether you prefer a classic dog, a coney, Chicago-style, or even a hotdog loaded with Cheetos, there’s a new spot in town opening soon that offers all that and more.

Local restaurateurs Xue Qin and Xue Gong, owners of Typhoon Asian Fusion, Mashida Chicken, and Yokai Ramen Bistro, are branching out and opening a gourmet hot dog restaurant and craft cocktail bar, called Lazy Dawg.

Lazy Dawg will be located at 12 W. Williams St. in the heart of Downtown Delaware, and they’re projected to open sometime this month. They’ll be serving a variety of unique hot dogs, ranging from Wild Buffalo to Memphis BBQ Bacon, as well as “build-your-own-dawgs,” and even craft cocktails.  Qin said that vegetarian options will be available at a later date, but during the process of opening, they’ll only serve all beef franks.

Keep your eyes peeled – they’ll be opening any day now, according to Qin! In the meantime, check out their website here.
