Zoombezi Bay tops books, record setting year
People flocked to Zoombezi Bay in droves even though the summer was a bit colder than usual. 416,373 people slid down the slides, enjoyed the wave pool and relaxed in the lazy river, setting record attendance for the park. The previous top year was 2008, and this last season brought almost 8,000 more people. The opening of Baboon Lagoon could have helped bolster those sales.
