A&F to dominate back to school shopping frenzy
Abercrombie & Fitch is poised to make a killing as students begin their back to school clothes shopping. Analysts at TheStreet.com are predicting quite a season for the New Albany company this year that has been attempting to be more trendy for its younger demographic. Apparently it’s working. While overall, teen retail has been down, that decline is getting smaller for A&F, as the company attempts to bound back. “In the teen space our top pick remains ANF, as new flows showcase target and trend-right merchandise and inventory levels look very clean,” analyst Adrienne Tennant wrote, TheStreet.com reported.
