Amenities and rents for $42M luxury townhomes in Westerville
It’s been a bit of a secret how much rent could set back those coming into the Linworth townhomes in Westerville, but the group recently announced rent and amenities. According to Columbus Business First, rent will range from $995 per month on the low end to $2,395 per month on the high end. The project also entails a clubhouse, theater, gym, sand volleyball courts and a pool. The homes should be open in the fall and with the rental rates, developers are aiming for the cream of the crop at the top of the market.
