Cup o’ Joe is out, condos are in
The Cup o’ Joe in Bexley is getting closed up as Gramercy condos and retail development begin. Sunday is the last day for coffee lovers to sip on drinks since the building was sold to Gramercy Partners LLC. The plans for the building include three full-floor condos with retail underneath, according to Columbus Business First. Cathy’s Salon is also located in the building, and the owner said she planned to take her business to Bexley Square shopping center.
