We are here to put rumors to rest and confirm where and when Sweet Carrot 2 will open and what guests can expect..

Where: 2050 Polaris Parkway, formerly Pei Wei

When: Mid-January

In what way: Same menu, same hours (Monday through Thursday 11:00-9:00, Friday & Saturday 11:00-10:00 and Sunday 11:00-8:00), no draft beer options, bar overlooks bakery, “quirky design touches”
