CPD says they are prepared for Las Vegas-like scenarios
After the tragic shooting in Las Vegas that left over 50 people dead and several hundred wounded, the Columbus Police Division is doing their best to instill a sense of safety in all of us.
In a statement released earlier today, Chief of Police Kim Jacobs said,
“All of our officers, including our specialized units, regularly train for these types of scenarios. I want to personally assure the citizens of Columbus that the Division remains vigilant, and stands ready to address any threat posed to the city.”
