Hispanic Restaurant Week gives Columbus a tour of Latin American Cuisine
Dozens of local eateries have teamed up to deliver Hispanic Restaurant Week, giving hungry Columbus residents a tasty tour of Latin American cuisine. The event, which is already underway and runs through Oct. 18, offers a cultural and culinary education, just in time for the end of National Hispanic Heritage Month.
The event will feature 24 local eateries that offer food from Mexico, Central America, South America, and the Caribbean. The Hispanic Restaurant Week website offers virtual “tours” of different regions and traditions with geographic information, recommended dishes, and a list of the participating restaurants that can provide them. The website also provides a sampling of the menu and additional information about each establishment.
