Easton is getting an upgrade: Five places coming to Easton in the new year

We always appreciate a good glow-up, and this one includes a hotel as well as a handful of spots to have a drink and grab a bite. Here’s a rundown of what’s coming:

LemonShark Poké & Makai Grill, Winter 2021

This Hawaiian-themed outfit will feature sushi-grade fish and hibachi-style meats, as well as a full bar with island-themed drinks.

Pins Mechanical, Spring 2021

This is the latest expansion here for Pins Mechanical, which also has outfits in Dublin’s Bridge Park and at 141 N. 4th St.

Sono Wood Fired, Spring 2021

Columbus, get ready for some Chicago-style pizza. You’ll also find a Tuscany-inspired menu at this eatery, with housemade pastas, hand-crafted and wood-fired pizza, antipasti, and a wine bar.

Aloft, April 2021

Olshan Properties’ fourth hotel at Easton will feature a 7,500 square-foot restaurant concept, as well as a fitness center and swimming pool.

Brassica, Late Summer 2021

With locations in Bexley, Upper Arlington, and Columbus, it’s high time the fast casual Eastern Mediterranean restaurant comes to Easton.

If you’re feeling antsy for new offerings, grab ramen and sushi from Slurping Turtle, which opened Dec. 21 at 4049 Worth Ave. Come for the cocktails and saki; stay for the Classic Tokyo Shoyu Ramen and Hamachi Tacos.

For dessert, try Dragon Donuts, which opened Dec. 11 at 4100 Worth Ave.

Their third location features an expanded menu, including breakfast sandwiches, in addition to cinnamon rolls, muffins, and pastry squares.
