Come for the pizza, stay for the dogs at this upcoming fundraiser

We never mind getting our paws greasy for a good cause.

Pizza and Paws, from 5-8 p.m. Aug. 17 at the Hey Hey Bar and Grill patio, will raise money for nonprofit Pets without Parents. The event is brought to us courtesy of Hey Hey, Seventh Son Brewing Co., and Alberta’s Pizza.

“The Hey Hey is a Columbus classic and a great place to grab a beer, and Pets without Parents is an awesome cause to get behind,” said Seventh Son co-founder Collin Castore. “It’s also fun to tie in our Kitty Paw Hard Seltzer as part of the fundraiser special and show that cats and dogs can work together.”

The event will feature buckets of Kitty Paw for $22 and a 50/50 raffle. You can also bring your best friend: Doggies are permitted on the patio if they’re leashed.
