Breakfast food truck gets rolling this weekend

We’ve never met a biscuit we didn’t like.

If you feel similarly, you’ll want to check out Biscuit Boss, a recently launched food truck featuring a plethora of biscuit sandwiches.

Biscuit Boss will be at a spring/summer pop-up shop from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. today, May 21 at 8850 Amity Pike, Plain City. The truck will also be in Dublin from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Saturday, May 22 in the Ballentrae neighborhood on the corner of Marmion Drive and Ballantrae Place.

The food truck’s biscuits are one and a half times the size of a standard biscuit, and they feature savory and sweet ingredients. For example, The Bodacious features a French toast-dipped biscuit with sausage, bacon, egg, cheese, and honey butter, while The Boss features a biscuit with spicy cayenne-fried chicken and jalapeno butter sauce.

In addition to biscuit sandwiches, you’ll find Frizzle fries—fried red skin and Idaho potatoes with sweet bell peppers and onion. They’ll be available as a side, or as a base in bowls such as the Market Hash, which features Frizzle Fries, roasted tomatoes, arugula, and eggs.
