Fonte Cucina’s business plan is one focused on altruism. With a “buy one, give one model,” Fonte Cucina plans to provide four meals worth of food to food bank partners across the city for every meal purchased by guests.

Founder and CEO Anthony Granitsas said that he hopes to establish a brick-and-mortar location for Fonte Cucina in the next calendar year, if the pop-up events are successful.
