The day has come.

Budd Dairy Food Hall opens tomorrow, April 6, at 1086 N. Fourth St.

The Cameron Mitchell Restaurants concept features several different vendors as well as Hatch, a rotating space to feature other vendors on a temporary basis.

Jeremy Hughes, the general manager of Budd Dairy Food Hall, said he’s excited to see the unique gathering space come to fruition and looks forward to their chef partners having the opportunity to show off their talents.

“Not only is Budd Dairy Food Hall creating more than 100 local jobs, it’s also an opportunity for guests to come together safely and enjoy a bit of normalcy after a harrowing year,” Hughes said.

The vendors include Alphabetical Comfort Kitchen, Boni: Filipino Street Food, Borgata, Cluck Norris, Cousins Maine Lobster, Modern Southern Table, Pokebap, Stauf’s, and Tacos Rudos. The Cheesecake Girl will also be featured in the rotating vendor space.

Hours will be 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, 4 p.m. to 1 a.m. Friday, 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday. For more information, visit budddairyfoodhall.com.
