The Cheesecake Girl is having a pretty busy spring.

The business is slated to open a second location in late spring at 4345 West Dublin-Granville Road in Dublin, and now they’ll also be in a special, rotating stall in Budd Dairy Food Hall, set to open April 6

“The Cheesecake Girl is an exciting addition to Budd Dairy Food Hall and is the perfect complement to our chef partner offerings,” said Jeremy Hughes, the general manager of Budd Dairy Food Hall. “Samantha has established an impressive following for her delicious cheesecake desserts, and we look forward to helping her expand her customer base even further while she operates in our Hatch incubation kitchen.”

Owner Samantha Strange said upon hearing the news from Cameron Mitchell Restaurants, she screamed and ran into the kitchen to share the news with her staff.

“We were humbled and excited and honored to be a part of the Budd Dairy Food Hall,” Strange said.

Strange said she had applied to join the food hall nearly two years ago, prior to opening this past April in Hilliard’s Center Street Market.

The Cheesecake Girl signed a three-month contract to locate within the Hatch incubation kitchen, Strange said, meant to serve as a rotating stall for local restaurants to grow their business. She said she’s looking forward to the opportunity to reach the Italian Village demographic.

“I think everyone is going to love it when we open up,” she said.

A Cameron Mitchell Restaurants concept done in partnership with local developer Kevin Lykens, Budd Dairy Food Hall will feature nine food vendors in addition to the Hatch incubation kitchen. For more information, visit budddairyfoodhall.com.
