Build-your-own-pita style Mediterranean eatery coming to Budd Dairy Food Hall
And just like that, another new vendor is coming to Budd Dairy Food Hall.
Beginning Sept. 21, Zaytoon Mediterranean Grill will take over Hatch, one of Budd Dairy’s two rotating kitchen spaces. This means their presence in the food hall is not expected to be permanent.
The Cheesecake Girl previously occupied the Hatch kitchen from April 6 until Sept. 12, when the business relocated to Dublin in order to open its first-ever standalone storefront.

“Zaytoon Mediterranean Grill will be a wonderful addition to Budd Dairy Food Hall where you can build your own pita, bowl or salad, customizing it any way that you would like,” said Steve Weis, VP of Development at Cameron Mitchell Restaurants, the ownership group behind Budd Dairy.
The Mediterranean eatery allows customers to craft their own pita, basmati rice bowl, salad bowl, or hummus bowl exactly to their own liking. You can also opt for appetizers like falafel or baba ghanoush, a side of Greek fries, or one of several remade salad options.
This will mark the eatery’s second location, as they currently operate a Hilliard storefront.
“We are beyond blessed to be able to share our distinct Middle Eastern food options with the people we love and with new people from our community,” said Zaytoon social media director Manar Alrjub. “Given that we’ve been hopeful about expanding Zaytoon across Ohio, we’re ecstatic to be able to work at the Budd Dairy Food Hall and gain some experience doing what we love in a new and fresh area.”
