Chicken outfit lands virtual kitchen

Did Walker Texas Ranger hear our silent prayers for more chicken?

While Cluck Norris Ass-Kickin’ Chicken will be at Budd Dairy Food Hall when it opens April 6, the chicken concept will be available on an even larger scale thanks to a new virtual kitchen.

According to a release, Cluck Norris will be available via DoorDash.

The menu will include hand-cut chicken fingers that will be dipped to order and served with your choice of sauce, including Cluck’s original, sweet chili, BBQ, sriracha, and HOLY CLUCK!!

Among the several handheld sandwich options are the Buffalo Soldier, a Panko-crusted chicken, Cluck’s original sauce, blue cheese crumbles, lettuce, tomato and mayo; the Angry Bird, Cluck’s secret spice-crusted chicken breast, pickles, and spicy ranch; and the Yard Bird BLT, a classic BLT and Cluck’s fingers.

Sides include chicharonnes (BBQ spiced, lime salt, and spicy ranch), loaded fries, sacks of fries or onion rings, mac and cheese, and slaw.
