Crooked Can celebrates anniversary with music, new brews

They really do grow up fast.

Crooked Can Brewing Co., 5354 Center St. in Hilliard, is celebrating their one-year anniversary this month. The brewery, which opened in February last year in Hilliard’s Center Street Market is recognizing the milestone with four new brews for the weekend, a specialty cocktail, live music, and giveaways.

Jon St. Julian, a member of the brewery’s ownership group, said opening a year ago came with many challenges.

“If it wasn’t for our incredible customers, [the] flexibility of our awesome staff, and community support, we do not know where we would be,” he said. “We are blessed to be a part of Old Hilliard. To sum it up, a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has supported us and worked so hard for us along the way.”

“This year has been all about staying creative and finding ways to entertain the community in a safe environment,” said Rob Fry, another member of the ownership group. “We look forward to building on that in this coming year.”
