Don’t sleep on Lobster Week

Seafood fans, listen up.

Bristol Republic is holding its second annual Lobster Week, and it starts tomorrow, May 27 and runs through May 30.

During the event, the BBQ joint at 1124 N. High St. will be offering up a handful of special dishes, including:

• Classic Lobster Roll, $20, featuring four ounces of lobster, a brioche split-top bun, and Bristol seafood sauce. The dish comes with waffle fries and a lemon wedge.
• Loaded Lobster Fries, $15, featuring waffle fries topped with pico de gallo, lobster, and Bristol seafood sauce.
• Lobster Tacos, $20, featuring two tacos topped with pico de gallo, cilantro, and seafood aioli.
• Lobster Mac, $25, featuring four ounces of lobster over house-made mac and cheese drizzled with Bristol seafood sauce.
