Dunkin’ Donuts proposed near Grandview Heights

A Dunkin’ Donuts could be coming to the corner of West 5th Avenue and North Star Avenue. 

Gilligan Company LLC in November filed a preliminary site compliance plan with the city of Columbus for a Dunkin’ Donuts at 1576 W. 5th Ave., according to Tony Celebrezze, assistant director of building and zoning services for Columbus. Gilligan Co. also filed for a building permit in December to renovate the existing building.

Celebrezze said the property is owned by Cincinnati-based PCG Enterprises, Inc. 

To move forward with the project, Gilligan Co. would need to file a final site compliance plan and expand on their building permit application, he said. 

Nearby Dunkin’ Donuts are closer to the OSU campus area, at 2060 N. High St. and 1866 Summit St.
