Shortly after graduating college, Chloe Graffeo decided to start up a vegan food truck called the Little Kitchen

The year was 2017, and Graffeo had been inspired to go vegan during college.

“There was no vegan food truck in Columbus at the time, so I saw it as the perfect opportunity to start one,” she said.

Now, Graffeo has entered the next chapter of her culinary career. The Little Kitchen opened this past weekend in North Market Bridge Park, and the move from the food truck model allows Graffeo to be open much more for her customers.

“We are so excited to be a part of North Market Bridge Park,” she said. “It is such a vibrant and buzzing atmosphere to be a part of.”

Graffeo said she’s excited to have a permanent location for customers. The plant-based menu features a variety of options such as sandwiches, avocado toast, the best-selling Mac & Peas, salads, milkshakes, smoothies, and grab-and-go deli items.
