Online cookie sales have been a boon for Mel Magin, an 18-year-old Girl Scout in Columbus. She said she’s been doing the “online cookie thing” for a few years now and found it to be a convenient option that allows her to tap into a bigger market.

“I can only walk so far in my neighborhood and only do so many cookie booths,” she said. “It’s made my life easier.”
