Less than six months after opening, Law Bird’s original location changed direction to accommodate business at the beginning of the pandemic, which included offering unique to-go cocktails.
Once their Brewery District location returned to cocktail bar service, there was still a demand for the carryout space, according to co-owner Annie Pierce (who owns Boxwood Biscuit Co. and Law Bird with her husband, Luke Pierce).
Lawbird Supply House will feature a wider selection of to-go cocktails, alongside bottles of spirits, snacks, and even a limited number of seats for consumption wine and low-proof cocktails on-premises.
