Mediterranean fast casual outfit to open Easton spot next week

Brassica‘s fifth location is slated to open June 25 at 4012 Townsfair Way, according to a release.

In a prepared statement Kevin Malhame, who owns Brassica with his wife, Katy, and brother, Darren, said in a prepared statement, “We feel incredibly fortunate to be opening a new location. We love Northstar’s little corner of Easton and were thrilled when Steiner offered us an opportunity to add more energy to the corridor.”

The new spot will be open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. As part of the grand opening celebration, Brassica’s Easton location will serve free fries for every meal sold.
