There’s a sleek new Mexican eatery now open for diners on the city’s North Side.

Adobe Agave Mexican Restaurant, located at 8231 N. High St., officially opened for business on Nov. 16.

The eatery, which features authentic fare from the Mexican state of Jalisco, specializes in its line of Adobe Bowls. The San Pancho Birria Bowl features the restaurant’s own birria recipe from Jalisco, with slow-cooked beef served over rice with onions and lime wedges on the side.
