Poké restaurant to open Feb. 23 in Easton

LemonShark Poké & Makai Grill is slated to open at 11 a.m. Feb. 23 at 3969 Merchants Row, according to a press release from Easton.
“We’re thrilled to introduce our passion to the Greater Columbus area and to join the Easton family,” said co-owner Sherry Whay in a prepared statement. “As a local female business owner and OSU Alumna, this community has provided me so many opportunities. It’s our goal, by means of this restaurant, to give back in a variety of ways.”

The Hawaiian-themed eatery offers sustainably sourced, sushi-grade fish, and hibachi-style grilled meats, seafood, and vegetables. The restaurant will also feature a full bar and craft cocktails.
Hours will be 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday. The restaurant will be open for dine-in and carryout.
