Graeter’s Ice Cream just announced something pretty sweet: The release of its fourth Bonus Flavor, Cherry Cheesecake. The specialty flavor, available for a limited time, features cheesecake ice cream packed with tart cherries and crunchy graham cracker pieces.

Additional bonus flavor announcements are slated for every two to three weeks, concluding with a final one Aug. 9. Previous flavors included Black Raspberry Oreo, Pralines & Cream, and Midnight Snack.
