Dirty Frank’s new location, which was teased in a brief video posted to the restaurant’s social media account, appears to be almost entirely complete. It features a pair of illuminated neon-yellow light posts supporting its signage and, like its original 4th Street location, original artwork from Thom Lessner throughout the space.

It will include both a dining room with both table and bar seating.

Ailabouni said the space is currently “99 percent complete.”
