Wolf’s Ridge mandates COVID vaccinations for all employees

Wolf’s Ridge Brewing currently employs a total of 72 people, and by the start of October, all of them had received a COVID-19 vaccination.

The popular Columbus brewery announced internally last month that co-owner Bob Szuter would be requiring all Wolf’s Ridge employees to receive a COVID-19 vaccine. According to Wolf’s Ridge, the vast majority of the company’s employees had already been vaccinated by the time the mandate was made.

The Columbus brewery set a date of October 1 for all employees to receive the first dose of the vaccine, and currently everyone have complied.

The move, according to Szuter, is a business decision; he believes it’s in the company’s best interest to keep its employees and customers safe from COVID-19.

Wolf’s Ridge joins several other notable Columbus eateries taking up stricter COVID protocols. This Summer, spots like Natalie’s began requiring diners to wear masks or provide proof of vaccinations, and longstanding German Village eatery Barcelona began requiring customers to wear masks.
