While Ohio’s eateries will be able to stay open longer thanks to the lifted curfew, they’ll also be able to bring back their buffet tables.

According to a Feb. 11 release from the office of Gov. Mike DeWine, Ohio Department of Health Director Stephanie McCloud signed the Addendum to Director’s Third Amended Order that Reopens Restaurants, Bars, Banquet and Catering Facilities and Services to Dine-In Service, with Exceptions.

That amended order allows self-service food stations in restaurants, bars, and banquet and catering facilities to reopen. The reopening comes with a list of conditions regarding face masks, social distancing, and sanitization. Restaurants are required replace or sanitize serving utensils at least hourly.
