Violent crime is on the rise , particularly in the Short North and on the OSU campus. Just this weekend, the mother of a student was hit in the leg during a daylight drive-by shooting. So it’s no surprise 2021 is on track to become the deadliest year the city has ever seen.

Within the last month, both areas have increased security measures, adding more police patrols and even safety lights to certain areas.

But is it enough? We want to know what you think about the spike crime the city is facing.
