Grandview jewelers to close up shop
Handcrafted jewelry shop The Smithery will close this summer, according to an announcement via social media.
According to the post, the brick and mortar store will close in mid-June after staying open for nearly seven years. Smithery business partners Jen and Anne will set up shop in a new studio space later this year, and The Smithery will focus on jewelry the duo creates together, including a line of bespoke wedding jewelry.

Appointment shopping will eventually be made available once the studio gets set up. Once they’re able to do so safely, Anne and Jen also plan to see their customers at in-person events.
“Change is bittersweet but necessary to grow,” the post concluded. “Life is always evolving; while some things draw to a close, other paths are opening. We hope to see you on our journey.”
