Urban Meyer’s Pint House, 6632 Longshore St., is closed today after a fire broke out early last night at the Bridge Park building.

According to Melanie Amato, communications manager for Washington Township, the first call to the Washington Township Fire Department was made at 8:16 p.m.

“Engine 92 was on the scene within four to five minutes,” Amato said.

The fire was contained to the rooftop, in a green patio space in the residential portion of the building, Amato said. Forty apartments are in the building, along with the Pint House.

Amato said there is smoke and water damage throughout the building. The fire department and the city of Dublin are on scene today investigating the site. Amato said she doesn’t know how long the building will be closed.

Jessica Rexer, senior vice president of marketing and communications with Bridge Park developer Crawford Hoying, said the fire was quickly contained.

“All residents were evacuated, and no one was harmed,” she said.
