The former Rockmill Tavern is now an entirely new concept under the name Bandit Pizza and Pairings. And while the already-popular spot for artisan pies has announced its dining room will officially open on Wednesday, the recently-updated restaurant also has another trick up its sleeve: It will begin serving brunch.

Rockmill Brewery and Bandit owner Matthew Barbee confirmed that Bandit, located at 503 S. Front St. in the Arena District, will officially begin serving brunch this weekend.

The brunch menu will include several a.m. pizza varieties that incorporate classic breakfast dishes like eggs, bacon and even French toast.

To accommodate their new brunch service, Bandit will also be expanding its hours of operation. The restaurant will be open Wednesday through Friday, from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. until 9 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.

Bandit also announced a six-course truffle dinner on Dec. 9 to celebrate the eatery’s full reopening. Tickets can be purchased here.
