According to Airbnb, Columbus is the most popular American city for Labor Day excursions this year

It isn’t just Intel making its way to the Arch City.

According to a news update posted by Airbnb last week, Columbus is the top trending American city for Labor Day getaways.

North Kingstown, RI
Jacksonville, FL
Cambridge, MA
San Francisco, CA

The cities are ranked by the most total nights booked on Airbnb from Sept. 2-5.

What’s more, the international property rental hub noted that this year, single trip bookings over the Labor Day weekend are up by 20 percent. Exact figures weren’t included, but Sept. 4 saw the largest number of Airbnb check-in at American destinations last year as well, meaning next weekend will be a busy one in Columbus.
