Beloved block-party style festival in Clintonville returns after two-year hiatus

After a two-year hiatus, CrestFest is back. The popular event will be held from noon to 8 p.m. Aug. 20 on Crestview Road in southern Clintonville.

Now in its 11th year, the neighborhood street party will feature music, food, merch, and more.

This year’s festival will feature live music beginning at noon. The lineup features Sacred Shimmy, the Clintonville Community Jazz Band, DJs Uncle Moze and D’Arcy, HighHorse, Sue and Marcy from Scrawl, Blind Engineer, and the Parker Paul Community Sing Along. 

Food trucks including The Cheesy Truck, The Angry Wiener, and J-Pops will also be onsite. Free popcorn and sno-cones will be available, as well as an inflatable obstacle course. Custom CrestFest t-shirts will also be for sale.
