17 Arrows Craft Kitchen & Bar, that is.
The new concept, which will feature a menu of locally-sourced fare and as well as a full bar, is opening soon inside of Hilton Columbus Polaris, which is located 8700 Lyra Dr. The concept will be owned and operated by Hilton.

According to Madison Martin, Director of Catering & Convention Services at Hilton Columbus Polaris, the eatery’s name references the state seal of Ohio, which contain 17 arrows to represent the fact that Ohio was the 17th state admitted into the union.
While 17 Arrows doesn’t have an exact opening date determined yet, the eatery plans to move into the Hilton in several weeks, when it will launch a series of tastings and a soft opening.
