Central Ohio appears to be a charcuterie hub. Not only is the area home to the Good Food Award-winning North Country Charcuterie and multiple charcuterie vending machines, it’s now also home to a brand new restaurant charcuterie store.

Sharecuterie, which is located at 3967 Presidential Pkwy in Powell, held its grand opening on Feb. 26.

‘We’ve had so much support these last thirty days,” said Kathy DeFrancisco, who owns the storefront with her husband Nick DeFrancisco. “We had a ton of attendance at our ribbon cutting, and it’s been so busy since then.”

Both Powell natives, the DeFrancisco originally created Sharecuterie as an event-based charcuterie provider. According to Kathy DeFrancisco, business was strong from the concept’s launch, and after less than two years of operating, the duo settled into a new brick and mortar location.

The 975 square foot storefront allows customers to purchase to-go charcuterie boxes and boards, as well a wide variety of other artisan products.

“Almost anything gourmet you can think of you can find at the store,” Kathy DeFrancisco said.
