After hosting parking lot football parties for years, new stadium-area pizza restaurant opens

The O on Lane was home to parking lot football parties for years. And now, after several years of work, the restaurant is officially open.

The O officially opened its doors on April 11. It will be open Monday through Saturday, from 4 p.m. until 12 a.m.

Billed as “a gathering place for Buckeyes,” the restaurant is located across the street from the St. John Arena and several blocks away from Ohio Stadium.

The property has been under construction for several years, and during that time The O on Lane hosted outdoor game day parties and even concerts in its parking lot.

The new restaurant will feature a full bar and wood-fired pizzas served out of a space decorated with Ohio State-themed imagery.
