Bake Me Happy relocating to former post office; Here’s when their original location will close

Bake Me Happy has a brand-new home on the horizon, and the process of moving the popular gluten-free bakery is beginning this week.

Earlier this year, co-owner Letha Pugh told 614now that the bakery will be relocating from 106 S. Moler Ave. to a former USPS post office at 500 E. Whittier St.

On Sept. 4, Bake Me Happy’s original location will close, but customers will be able to patronize the shop until then.

Throughout the entire moving process, the bakery’s North Market Bridge Park location will remain open, although a limited selection of treats will be available.

Bake Me Happy will not be accepting any cake, cupcake or special orders during this time. An opening date at its new Whittier location will be announced soon.
