Be part of the “largest bourbon toast in Central Ohio” at this brand-new bourbon festival

While you probably know the newly-opened East Market as a community gathering spot or a trendy place to grab a bite to eat, it’s time to add another descriptor to that list.

It’s also set to become the site of the largest bourbon toast in Central Ohio this weekend.

The Great Bourbon Affair, a brand-new bourbon festival, will be held Aug. 27 from 7-9 p.m. The event will be held at The Switch Yard inside the East Market, which is located at 212 Kelton Ave.

One hour into the event at 8 p.m., everyone attending will be invited to participate in “the largest bourbon toast in Central Ohio,” which will take place outside the Market.

The festival, which will feature 12 different vendors on-site, including Watershed Distillery and Wild Turkey, will also offer easier-drinking options such as Long Drink and White Claw.

Tickets for the event can be purchased here. General Admission tickets include bourbon samples. In addition, a number of VIP tickets are available. These provide access to a private, mezzanine-level bourbon tasting featuring a handful of rare bourbons,
