Even though we’re heading into the heart of fall, it’s always the season for boozy ice cream.

Buzzed Bull Creamery, a national chain serving up a variety of gourmet alcohol-infused ice cream and milkshakes, is opening its first-ever location in Central Ohio soon.

The dessert spot will be located at 50 S. Liberty St., STE 150 in Powell. The exact opening date has not been announced, but according to a post on the Powell location’s Facebook page, the storefront could open as early as this month.

Buzzed Bull, which also provides non-alcoholic ice cream treats and coffee, uses liquid nitrogen to create their frozen desserts. The eatery serves up more than 30 varieties of ice cream and milkshakes that start at 5% ABV.

The concept is growing quickly, with locations planned for 12 states. Buzzed Bull also operates a pair of Ohio creameries in Maineville and Cincinnati.
