Pablo’s Havana Cafe is returning to Budd Dairy Food Hall.

The Powell-based eatery–which operates a restaurant at 9685 Sawmill Rd.–formerly set up shop in Budd Dairy’s rotating kitchen space, Hatch, in November of last year.

According to an announcement posted to the Italian Village food hall’s social media pages, Pablo’s will reopen in Budd Dairy’s Hatch kitchen on May 17.

“They offer the best Cuban cuisine you will find in Columbus & they will be right back in our food hall next week, May 17th, 2022,” the statement reads. “Each traditional Cuban dish served out of their kitchen is cooked with 5 generations of love and the recipes are inspired by Pablo’s mother, Sonia & his grandmother, Anita.”

The eatery specializes in sandwiches, like the Cubano (served in three different varieties), the  Croqueta Preparada and a Cuban pulled pork.
