The popular coffee shop and eatery Fox in the Snow is eyeing Dublin for its next location.

A project review for the new space, which is located within Dublin’s Historic District, received approval from the Dublin Architectural Review Board during its April 27 meeting. The Board also approved a master plan for the location’s signage.

The new storefront would be located at 38 W. Bridge St., just west of the Scioto River.

According to a Board presentation, the nearly 3,000 square foot building was constructed in 1956, and served as a United States Post Office until 1982.

It’s unclear when the likely new location is slated to open.

The new addition would be Fox in the Snow’s fourth storefront. The concept operates locations in German Village, Italian Village and New Albany. Owners Lauren Culley and Jeff Excell also launched the hit Italian Village eatery Icarus Sandwich Shop in late October. Icarus was voted the Best New Restaurant in our 2022 ColumBEST poll.
