Get ready for orange soda hot wings: Alcohol-infused chicken wing ghost kitchen planning to open brick and mortar restaurant

While Justice Wings, a Columbus-based chicken wing ghost kitchen, temporarily ceased operations last month, they did so for good reason: They’re aiming to open their own brick and mortar spot.

The concept launched in July of 2021, bringing a variety of different alcohol-infused wings to the Columbus area. This includes bourbon-infused BBQ wings with Wild Turkey, lemon pepper garlic parm with white wine, and even orange soda hot wings with orange-flavored Triple Sec.

Justice Wings announced on Dec. 2 that it would be putting operations on hold while it looks for a brick and mortar space.

According to owner Christopher Guay, Justice Wings doesn’t have a location chosen just yet, but there are several options currently available to him. “We have a couple potential locations, but we are especially holding out for a location with a drive-thru,” he said. “We’re looking to expand all over the city eventually.”

He said the eatery is hoping to open by this summer.

Justice Wings is a sister concept to the popular Gahanna-based spot for creative waffles and pancakes, Super Chef’s Breakfast & More. Located at 1344 Cherry Bottom Rd., and the ghost kitchen operated out of Super Chef’s Gahanna location Guay stated that he is hoping to establish Justice Wings as a separate entity, when it opens.
