It’s been long time since any of us were able to enjoy  a night out at the St. James Tavern, but all of that’s about to change.

According to a statement posted to the establishment’s Facebook page, the St. James Tavern, which has been closed since 2020, announced it will be making a comeback.

The St. James Tavern is located at 1057 N. High St. in Italian Village.

“Some things are worth waiting for in life and love,” the statement reads. “The winds are changing and the time for rebirth is upon us. Look forward to seeing you soon.”

An exact opening date was not announced, but the statement noted it will be opening soon.

Well-known for its wood-paneled walls and cozy interior charm, the St. James Tavern has served as an Italian Village hotspot for the last 16 years.
