Just in time for the Fourth of July, Columbus is getting a brand-new hot dog concept.

We’re only days away from the grand opening of Junkyard Dogs, the new restaurant from Ed Bisconti of Borgata’s Pizza Cafe and QFM96 host Jerry Elliot.

According to Bisconti, Junkyard Dogs will open for business on July 1. The eatery is located at 2245 W. Dublin Granville Rd. STE 108 in Worthington.

The 1,370 square foot eatery will feature a menu of hot dogs, sausages and bratwurst, with careful attention paid to meat quality. Borgata said the new concept will source a 1904 Dog–an all-pork hot dog in a natural beef casings–from Cleveland, and Wagyu beef hot dogs from New Jersey. Vegan dogs and Italian sausages will also be available.

On the side, diners can expect fries as well as hubcaps–a version of thick, hand-cut potato chips coated in Buffalo seasoning–in addition to milkshakes and Dell’s Homemade Ice Cream.
