Next spring, the Scioto Peninsula will be home to a new, community-focused hotel that boasts a handful of exciting new food and drink concepts.

The Junto Hotel, which is currently under construction at 77 Belle St., is slated to open in April of 2023, according to the hotel’s website. An exact date has not yet been announced.

A project from Columbus developer Rockbridge, the new hotel will feature 198 rooms, and is billed as “club for mutual improvement” where travelers and locals alike can connect over food and company.

A bevy of new dining concepts will anchor The Junto, including Little West Tavern, a coffee shop called Maudine’s, and a rooftop bar known as The Brass Eye. The hotel will also featured dedicated event space, a fitness center and more.

Located on the Scioto Penninsula, the new hotel will be within walking distance from COSI, the Scioto Mile and a number of popular Franklinton dining hotspots, like BrewDog and Land-Grant.
