New indoor-outdoor pickleball facility and restaurant opening this fall

Are you ready for Pickle & Chill?

No, this is isn’t some weird new code-word “the kids” are using, it’s the name given to a brand-new combination pickleball facility and restaurant that’s opening on the city’s North Side this fall.

Pickle & Chill will be located at 880 W. Henderson Rd., the current home of Tennis Ohio (which will continue to operate there).

“There is currently no place in Columbus – or Ohio – to casually hang out and play pickleball, combined with a fun eating and drinking experience. That’s where Pickle & Chill comes in,” said Continental Real Estate President and Founder David Kass.

The new 25,000 square foot concept will open in two phases. The opening of its first phase, and Pickle & Chill’s official grand opening, will take place in October. It will feature six indoor courts that will connect to five more more open air courts, in addition to a full bar and restaurant that will accommodate up to 200 guests.

The concept’s second phase will gradually build out the remaining indoor and outdoor spaces at Pickle & Chill. These updates are slated to be finished by summer 2023.
